Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2023 in East new york, Brooklyn, NY.

I have an excellent experience with Ian. He is knowledgeable, polite, and intellectual. Also, he is cooperative and helpful. When I had questions, I could reach him right away. He helped me to resolve my concerns and provided me the recommendations as well. I appreciate his help until closing. The most important part is what he promised; he did it. So, he was honest on his part. If he doesn’t know about the question I ask, he simply says I don’t know about that. I am also the same type. What I promise I try to do my best. If I cannot, I apologize for that. Anyway, purchasing a house is not easy because I had to tackle the finances, broker, Attorney, Insurance company, and the lender. It was a bit stressful besides my full-time work and then my school. The whole process took less than a month; I am happy about my new house.
